Tipping Cow is a Black-owned ice cream shop that serves fully nut-free scoops. We don’t recommend the rather icy sorbets, and while some flavors are misses, there are also some real winners here. The earl grey & lemon and the cannoli are particular standouts. They also serve vegan ice cream, if you’re looking for that.
