Select Oyster Bar is a Back Bay seafood restaurant that focuses only on a few dishes but does them very well. The ceviche is great and the warm lobster roll is near the upper tier of Boston’s best lobster rolls. It’s a nice option for a casual mid-week dinner, but It’s also open during the day, making it a great place to escape to after you blow off the 2pm meeting you weren’t going to participate in any way.
