Sammy Carlo’s is an Italian deli that opened in 1927 and continues to unite the neighborhood over chicken parm sandwiches. On any given day, you’ll find construction workers, firefighters, high school kids, and the local alderman discussing why Tom Brady didn’t catch that pass. It’s a fun environment with affordable good food (that chicken parm is only $5.50), and we’re all for it.
