New Saigon is one of only two Vietnamese restaurants in East Boston, and it’s the one you should go to. This place makes some of the better Vietnamese food outside of the Dorchester area - the phở, vermicelli noodles with grilled meat, and fried rice plates are all good choices. Just avoid the pad thai which, you know, is not a Vietnamese dish.
