There are a number of Italian delis in East Boston, but Milano’s is easily the best. Almost everyone gets their order to-go, but you also have the option to sit at one of the few tables here. The chicken napolitano - a chicken cutlet sandwich topped with prosciutto, red peppers, and mozzarella - is a great option, but you can’t go wrong with any other sandwich either. This place also has excellent arancini, if you’re feeling particularly hungry. Even if you’re not, you should order one anyway.
