Ebisuya Noodle House is the sister spot to Ebisuya Market, a Japanese grocery store in Medford. It’s a pretty bare-bones spot with only a limited number of seating options, but the ramen’s decent. The noodles are cooked well, though the broth could use a little more depth of flavor. If we were to pick one thing to order, it would be the spicy miso bowl.
