Brooklyn Ramen is located inside the Maruichi grocery store, and it’s the only place we know about that serves ramen made with wagyu beef. The broth is lighter than we’re used to, but not in a bad way - you just have to prepare yourself for a different type of ramen experience. That lightness extends to even the tonkatsu bowls though, so if you’re looking for a really rich broth, you might want to head elsewhere.
