This Vietnamese fast-casual spot started as a truck and is now all over Boston (in both truck and non-truck form). That’s not surprising, because their signature banh mi are reliably good with soft, light bread, and the selection of noodle dishes gets the job done when you’re not in the mood for a sandwich.
