Plan to wait for them at Texas French Bread. It’s a casual all-day spot/bakery where breakfast meetings can easily turn into lunch ones. Grab a pastry and coffee while you wait, then order a sandwich or a spinach omelette when your client finally arrives. For breakfast and brunch, make sure to order the breakfast tostadas. If you go late enough, sometimes they’ll let you take a loaf of bread home for free.
