Parked at Meanwhile Brewing, Songbird is a food trailer specializing in fried chicken sandwiches. The lineup includes everything from more classic sandwiches (served with pickles, ranch, lettuce, and Texas toast) to a General Tso-inspired one, complete with broccolini and pickled chilis. And if you’re not feeling chicken, there are a few other items on the menu, like burgers, bologna sandwiches, and salads.
