Rio is one of the few bars in town that offers bottle service and cabanas by a small pool on a rooftop. (The pool is more of a look-but-don’t-touch kind of situation.) This is where you'll find a lot of bachelor and bachelorette parties and a Vegas feel, if those are things that you're after.
