Pinthouse kicked off a new series of “Off The Map” pizzas in June, featuring their tasty pizza bases with toppings in collaboration with restaurants all across town. Past features include a brisket pie with Slab BBQ and a Greek gyro-inspired pie with Phoenicia Bakery. Collaborations change out each month, so keep an eye on their Instagram for each month’s “Off The Map” pizza.
