Phó Vân

Pho Van is located in a strip mall off 183 that’s home to some great spots like Ramen Tatsu-Ya, Din Ho, and House of Three Gorges. It’s a powerhouse part of town, and Pho Van holds their own weight by offering some excellent Vietnamese food. The pho here is great, but we can’t leave without at least one order of bánh mì. The baguettes are small, with pointy tips that feel like little torpedoes—it helps with aerodynamics when you’re trying to launch these at your face as quickly as possible.
