Oye Chico is a tiny trailer parked at Better Half’s patio in Clarksville serving classic Cuban sandwiches. The menu is short and sweet, with Cubanos, cafe con leche, cafecito, and that’s it. Will Oye Chico put a serious dent in Better Half’s sales? Only time will tell.
