Masa Y Mas is a taqueria on South Lamar with a menu made up mostly of tacos, tortas, and bowls, all ordered by counter-service in a pretty large dining room. As you might expect from a place with masa in the name, all the tortillas are home made (including the flour ones), and you’ll find a variety of classic fillings, like suadero, carnitas, barbacoa, and al pastor cooked on a trompo. In addition to food, there’s also beer, margaritas, tequila, and mezcal, plus aguas frescas and a frozen spiced almond horchata.
