La Holly is a mezcal, tequila, and sotol bar on East 6th, but far enough down that you won’t come across too many birthday and bachelorette parties. You can pull up a seat at the long bar for a proper mezcal tasting, or take a margarita outside to the big patio. There are taco trucks out back too, which means you can basically spend an entire afternoon or night here without having to leave.
