Parked on the back patio of The Liberty, Golden Grill is a burger trailer from the team behind Golden Tiger and Golden Castle. But while the earlier concepts focused on smash burgers and sliders, respectively, the burger at Golden Grill leans more classic (with a thicker patty), with the option to add toppings like chili or jalapeño slaw. And if you’re not in the mood for burgers, there are also hot dogs, loaded fries, and wings on the menu.
