The East Side trailer Fil N Viet from husband-and-wife team Kevin Truong and Rosie Mina-Truong blends Filipino and Vietnamese cuisine, so you’ll see dishes like sinigang chicken wings with tamarind and a crispy sisig banh mi served on an Easy Tiger roll. They also have constantly changing weekly specials that have included Vietnamese beef tartare and dinuguan, the Filipino pork blood stew.
