Estrada’s Texas Barbecue is a trailer parked outside at the Wilhite’s Country Corner store/Valero in Creedmoor, TX, a small town just south of Austin. They’re doing very solid barbecue, Tex-Mex, and breakfast tacos (starting at 6am). So you’ll find standard barbecue like brisket, ribs, and turkey, but you’ll also find things like carne guisada tacos, chopped brisket quesadillas, and specials like a smoked pork chop.
