This food truck mixes beef, pork, diced onion, and pineapple to form the ideal taco, so much so that it’s the only one they serve. The tacos are small, so get a few and a side of elotes if you’re hungry. There are also a few picnic tables nearby - be sure to snag a seat and then put the spicy salsa on top of everything.
