Chuy’s is a classic Austin Tex-Mex spot that opened on Barton Springs Road back in 1982, and there are now over 100 locations throughout 17 states. But you can still get their dirt-cheap quesadillas at seven locations around the Austin area. Enchiladas and fajitas are the must-order items here, but so is the Elvis Presley Memorial Combo.
