On some nights, Flamenco dancers and a DJ keep the energy levels high while you order a steady stream of small plates. Begin with our favorites, the scallop ceviche in a spicy pepper sauce and the ricotta and fig jam spread with crusty sourdough. On nice days, we’ll happily plant ourselves on the patio underneath the colorful umbrellas hanging from the ceiling and sip Sebastian's signature gin cocktails.
