Atlanta was a little late getting on the trendy hot chicken train, but as the new Hattie B’s squeezed onto a tight Westside corner hints, the city is onboard now. With fried chicken doused in sauces ranging from “Southern” (zero sauce) to “Shut the Cluck Up” (hotter than Georgia asphalt in July), take your tastebuds on any journey you like.
