97 Estoria
This eastside address has grown into a familial gathering spot for movie, music, and sports lovers to hover. The random leather sofas and mix-match wood tables only add to the apartment-like charm. And just like your first place, 97 Estoria is all about welcoming unannounced friends over for a good time. With comfy digs, a host of brews on tap, and one of the best bar cheeseburgers we’ve had in years, it’s easy to see how things can get really lively really quickly. Throw in a couple of TVs showing a soccer match, and now you’re talking about a real party. But unlike your old studio with the phyllo-thin walls, here you won’t have to worry about nagging neighbors knocking on your door for cheering too loudly.
