There are plenty of options in Atlanta for the karaoke crazed, from always packed Monday nights at The Local to intimate private karaoke rooms like Fam-Fam. But the option we like best is 10 High in VaHi because they have a live band and a stage. It’s the closest to partying like a rockstar that we’ll ever get. Although their karaoke nights are named Metalsome and is geared towards metal and rock genres, there’s more variety than you’d think—even headbangers have love for Kelly Clarkson. Just note: it’s a dark, grungy, small space beneath Dark Horse with a single bar and if you don’t get there early (we mean like as soon as they open), you’ll be waiting in a line out the door to get in.
