We assume it takes a lot of effort to get something federally trademarked, and in the case of Batter’s Sand Angel®, that effort was totally worth it. These secret-recipe cinnamon cookies are some of our favorite in the city, and everything else from their devil’s food brownies to the pumpkin bread will make you go out of your way to stop in when you’re in the area.
