Manny & Phil’s is your classic South Philly dive bar, with well drinks and $3 Citywides. It generally has a crowd of regulars sitting at the bar talking to the bartender about their kids or what the Eagles are doing wrong these days. There’s also a pool table in the back, in case you want to challenge a regular to a game and likely lose.
