If you see smoke wafting down Gates Ave. in front of the Food Bazaar, do a little sniff check before you call the fire department. It’s probably just the grill in front of Chef Elsa. At this Ridgewood food truck, you can get some chuletas cooked over charcoal, as well as a bunch of other Ecuadorian classics like ceviche, encebollado, and colada morada. The seco de chivo is one of the top versions in the city, with fatty chunks of bone-in goat, and it comes with enough rice to help you carb load for several marathons.
