Another day, another beautiful and painfully subpar restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood. The Conservatory looks the part - the dining room is almost entirely outdoors, green vines hang from the ceiling, and there are accent fires everywhere you look. But that’s where the fun stops. The food is boring and over-priced (there’s a $34 short rib that’s so overglazed it’s sour) and even the cocktails are weak and taste pre-made. Conservatory is where you go to see and be seen and that’s about it.
