Donut and fried chicken concept Birdies has officially rebranded itself as Duchess in DTLA. Other than the new name, the menu has mostly remained unchanged aside from a couple of new additions. Expect the same fried chicken sandwiches, thick breakfast burritos, and frosted sprinkle donuts as before, with the addition of hot chicken tenders, boneless wings, and fun-looking “party packs” designed for group takeout meals.
