Freddie and Pepper’s Pizza (303 Amsterdam Avenue) – “It’s nice when your neighborhood pizza shop is known for something more than a regular slice. Freddie’s Bacon Spinach Tomato pie is excellent.”
Pastis (Now Closed) – “Consistently buzzing since the days when the Meatpacking District was best known for its butchers.”
