Aiskrimu Ice Cream is a great addition to the growing list of neighborhood spots that have popped up in Cascade Heights over the past few years. Stop by the small, breezy shop for scoops of rich matcha or buttery smooth vanilla. The menu regularly changes, but if you see the oatmeal cookie sandwich on there, do yourself a solid and get it. Their creamy vanilla ice cream gets sandwiched between soft, sweet oatmeal cookies, and it's now our shining prototype for the ice cream sandwich.
